Technical Specifications

A knife-edge joint is welded directly onto the surface of the furnace tube; it is suitable for surface temperature measurement on furnace tubes and tower walls in the petroleum industry, and is an essential temperature measuring device for fractionating towers in refineries. It is particularly suitable for surface temperature measurement on hydrogenating furnace tubes in refineries, where the tube surface temperature is about 570 °C and the furnace temperature about 1000 °C under slight negative pressure.
